GlaCat provides URL shortening and image/video sharing. Basic features are available anonymously; signing in with a Google account additionally unlocks click analytics, permanent links and link management. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You may not use the service to distribute or link to content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, phishing, malware, harmful to minors, or otherwise violates the rights of others. Upon discovery or report, we reserve the right to disable or delete the related links and accounts without notice, and to provide necessary information to competent authorities.
We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. It is strictly prohibited to upload, link to or distribute: sexual images of persons under eighteen or any child sexual exploitation content; intimate images recorded or distributed without consent (including covert recordings and deepfakes); or any other content violating applicable laws on sexual privacy and child protection.
Upon receiving a report or official notice, we will remove the content or restrict access within twenty-four hours. To support investigations, the system retains file upload records (including source IP address and time) for the legally required period and provides them to law enforcement as required. Violators will have their access terminated and will be reported in accordance with the law.
All shortened URLs and shared files are created by users, do not represent this site, and cannot be reviewed in advance. You are fully responsible for the content you create.
Once a link expires or reaches its view limit it becomes invalid, and the file and related data are permanently deleted from the system and cannot be recovered through this service. Please back up important content. We reserve the right to adjust free-plan capacity and expiry limits.
The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from service interruption, data loss or third-party content. We may amend these terms at any time; material changes will be announced on this page.
